Are delivery times affected?

Delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment. Please contact us and we will be happy to find out the delivery times for you.



Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?

The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. 

 


Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?

Yes. Courier drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. This may include placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe place location where the driver can leave your package if you're not able to answer the door. Drivers are asked to follow your delivery preference where possible.

 

 

Are you still offering lessons?

While we are desperate to get back in the field teaching students, we are forced to stay at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As soon as we get the green light and are able to leave the house again we will be straight back in the field teaching.

If you are thinking about having lessons we would strongly recommend booking and securing your place on a course sooner rather than later as there will more than likely be a surge of bookings after the stay at home has been lifted.
